女子跑步減肥越跑越胖,改變方法後成功瘦身。

瓊斯以前希望透過長跑減肥,但反而越跑越胖。她接受健身教練的建議,改變訓練方法
後瘦身6公斤。
中新網據外媒報導,想減肥應該多做有氧運動消耗脂肪,跑步是不少人的選擇之一。
但健身教練指出,只跑步可能不僅不會讓你瘦身,反而可能讓你變胖。只有科學訓練
配合合理膳食,才能成功瘦身。
據報導,英國40歲女子瓊斯體型豐滿。她為了瘦身,以前每天進行慢跑馬拉松訓練,
但每次運動後都進食大量碳水化合物食品,包括麵包和薄餅等,結果不但沒能塑造美好
線條,反而越來越胖。
隨後 她依照其健身教練巴克莉指導,減少運動時間,以舉重和更高強度的運動代替
緩跑,同時改變飲食習慣。
在教練的幫助下,最終瓊斯成功減去超過6公斤體重,更打破個人長跑紀錄。
教練巴克莉稱,不少人用錯方法減肥,長時間做低強度的運動,身體會自然積聚脂肪
來支撐運動量,因此長時間慢跑並非減肥的最佳方法。
